This third entry in the Narnia film series takes Edmund and Lucy Pevensie and their dour cousin Eustace on a voyage to the end of the world with their old friends King Caspian and the valiant talking mouse Reepicheep. Caspian has made a solemn pledge to find the seven Narnian lords whom his Uncle Miraz banished for their loyalty to Caspian’s father. Reepicheep hopes their journey will take them to the country of the great lion Aslan, the Christ-like figure who rules their world. Along the way, Eustace learns powerful lessons about grace and forgiveness, and Edmund and Lucy face and overcome temptation. Reepicheep provides a sterling example of faith, loyalty, and courage in action. The film also features several poignant scenes with deep spiritual significance along with an infectious sense of adventure that permeates the story. The end credits include Carrie Underwood’s Golden Globe-nominated song “There’s A Place For Us.”
